AK-47 Labs Shred is an all-in-one pre-workout and diet support product. Its classic ingredients, such as beta-alanine, enhance performance. By increasing carnosine levels (a compound of the amino acids alanine and histidine) in the muscles, beta-alanine can increase training volume and reduce muscle acidification. Caffeine also boosts performance by increasing heart rate and pulse. This dilates blood vessels, resulting in overall improved performance.

AK47 Shred contains vitamins, coffee, beta-alanine... a classic pre-workout cocktail. What makes it unique is the addition of L-carnitine, green tea, and chromium. These products give your body a boost to activate as much fat as possible during a kick-ass workout session.  

Usage recommendation

Mix one scoop (5g of powder) into 200-250ml of water. Consume this portion once daily, approximately 15-30 minutes before training.
